Commission rules
Three fixed, published models. Every commission is calculated from what the customer actually pays, and each one is shown in your portal with its release date.

One referred founder, start to finish.
A founder you referred subscribes to the Growth plan at $99 a month. This is everything that founder can ever earn you on that plan.

The hold lets refunds and card disputes settle. A refund, dispute or compliance review can extend an individual hold; release dates already shown are never shortened. Once at least $50 is available it can be paid out, where payouts are open for your country.
What counts, and what does not.
- What counts
- What the customer actually pays VenturStaq, after discounts. Taxes and government or filing fees are never included.
- Rounding
- Each commission is rounded down to the cent.
- Referral window
- A founder is credited to you if they create their account within 90 days of clicking your link. The first partner whose link was used keeps the referral.
- Self-referrals
- A customer who signs up with your own partner email address is not credited to you.
- Refunds and disputes
- The commission for a refunded or disputed payment is reversed. Refunded payments still count toward the three-payment limit.
- Plan changes
- Upgrades, downgrades and payment-method changes do not restart the three-payment count.

An estimate from current list prices, not a promise. Real commissions use what each customer actually pays (after discounts, excluding tax and government fees), round down to the cent and are reversed if a payment is refunded.
The agreement is the binding version of these rules.
