These Partner Portal Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of partners.venturstaq.com. These Terms apply alongside the VenturStaq Affiliate Program Agreement.
1. Scope of the Portal
The VenturStaq Partner Portal provides invited commercial partners with referral link generation, conversion tracking, double-entry commission ledger visibility, tax form submission, and payout rail configuration.
2. Account Security & Step-Up Authentication
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, TOTP authenticator secrets, and session tokens. Sensitive operations—including adding or modifying beneficiary bank details and requesting withdrawals—require step-up authentication and are subject to security cooldown windows.
3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
- You may not probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, CSRF tokens, or authentication controls on any portal endpoint.
- You may not submit fabricated tax documentation, third-party bank accounts you do not own, or synthetic referral traffic.
4. No Legal, Tax, or Banking Advice
VenturStaq is a technology platform and is not a law firm, certified public accounting firm, or licensed bank. Nothing in the Partner Portal or marketing materials constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VenturStaq’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Partner Portal shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you under the Affiliate Program Agreement in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
